阔别27年,中文版《卡门》“回归”北京

Chinese version of Carmen returned to Beijing stage after 27 years

国家大剧院歌剧节中，有别于其他各台世界经典剧目的是，5月下旬上演的法国歌剧《卡门》由中央歌剧院全部用中文演出。中文译本由原北京语言学院副教授孙慧双执笔，郑小瑛、孙慧双配歌。担任此次演出的指挥是该院院长兼艺术总监俞峰，音乐指导黄小曼，复排导演方晓琴。我观看的是首场，剧中角色卡门的扮演者是刘珊，唐何塞的扮演者是王丰，斗牛士埃斯卡米奥的扮演者是宋学伟，米卡艾拉的扮演者是黄丽莉。

Different from othe classic operas performed in the NCPA's Opera Festival, the China National Opera House's production of Carmen,which was performed in late May,was sung in Chinese instead of French.Although the Chinese performing version has incurred some criticism during its run,in fact,the practice of translating classic operas into local languages by domestic opera houses is very common in many countries. Such practice is very helpful in propagating and popularizing opera around the world.
