局部PHA刺激对引流淋巴结内淋巴小结及滤泡树突状细胞的影响

Influences of local PHA injection on lymphoid follicles and follicular dendritic cells in draining popliteal lymph node

目的：研究植物血凝素（PHA）皮下注射对小鼠引流淋巴结内淋巴小结及滤泡树突状细胞（FDCs）形态及功能的影响。方法：采用体内免疫复合物捕捉测定技术、免疫细胞化学双重染色及电镜组化技术进行形态观察。结果：PHA刺激后淋巴结内淋巴小结扩大，生发中心明显，免疫复合物在小结内定位增多。结论：提示PHA刺激促进FDCs的发育、分化，增强FDCs对体液免疫的辅佐作用。

Objective: To study the changes of lymphoid follicles and follicular dendritic cells (FDC3) in draining lymph nodes following phytohemagglutinin (PHA) injection. Metheds:In vivo immune complex trapping assay,double immunostaining and histochemical electron microscope were used in this study. Results: The results showed the lymphoid follicles were enlarged,the germinal centers were prominent and the localization of immune complexes increased following PHA stimuli. Conclusion: It indicated that PHA promoted development and differentiation of FDCsand intensified accessory function of Fadson humoral immune reaction.
