北京市顺义区后沙峪镇中老年农民糖代谢异常流行病学调查结果

Epidemiologic survey of abnormal glucose metabolism among rural adults in Beijing

目的调查北京市顺义区后沙峪镇45岁以上农民糖代谢异常情况及相关因素。方法采用分层整群抽样方法对该地区具有本地农业户口、45岁以上的人群进行流行病学调查,FPG 采用1997年 ADA 建议的标准,使用 SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果空腹血糖损害(IFG)患病率为15.62%,糖尿病(DM)患病率为12.71%。多元线性回归分析显示,糖代谢异常的相关危险因素为血压、超重或肥胖及脂代谢异常。结论北京市顺义区后沙峪镇农民 IFG 及 DM 人群发病率较高,应予以综合评估,及早干预。

Objective To investigate the prevalence and associated factors of abnormal glucose metabolism in the patients aged over 45 years in the countryside of Houshayu area in Shunyi District of Beijing. Methods The survey on the abnormal glucose metabolism based on the fasting glucose level was conducted in residents over 45 years old in the villageresidents of Houshayu area in Shunyi District,the suburb of Beijing.The abnormal plasma glucose was classified on the American Diabetes Association diagnostic criteria in 1997.SPSS 13.0 statistical software was used for data analysis. Results The prevalence of impaired fasting glucose （IFG） was 15.62%.The prevalence of diabetes mellitus（DM） was 12.71%. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that blood pressure, overweight/obesity, dyslipidemia were the risk factors of the abnormal glucose metabolism.Conclusion The prevalence of IFG and DM are higher in population of countryside of Houshayu area in Shunyi District of Beijing.The further evaluation and early intervention to them should be carried out in the Beijing countryside.
