摘要
目的了解某三甲医院合同护士慢性疲劳的现状,探索其慢性疲劳的影响因素。方法以疲劳评定量表和自行设计的一般情况调查表随机调查广州市某三甲医院的235名合同护士,并以健康人群作为对照。结果98.25%的合同护士符合慢性疲劳诊断标准,疲劳得分(7.04±3.13)分,锻炼身体的情况、对工作的满意程度、选择目前科室的原因和层次对合同护士疲劳状况有明显影响。结论合同护士疲劳状况严重,管理者及合同护士自身均应采取积极措施以改善疲劳状况。
Objective To understand the current state of chronic fatigue of the contract nurses,to explore the influencing factors of chronic fatigue of the contract nurses. Methods 235 contract nurses in a hospital of Guangzhou were randomly surveyed by fatigue rating scale and self-designed general situation questionnaire, and took healthy people as a control group. Results 98.25% of the contract nurses met the diagnostic criteria for chronic fatigue, and the fatigue score was 7.04±3.13. It is found that the situation of physical exercise, job satisfaction, the reasons of selecting current section and hierarchy of the contract nurses have a significant effect on fatigue. Conclusion The contract nurses fatigue situation is serious, so both managers and contract nurses themselves should take positive measures to improve the fatigue situation.
