吻合器痔上黏膜环切术围手术期护理
Perioperative nursing of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids
摘要
自2003年8月19日以来，我院采用吻合器痔上黏膜环切吻合术（PPH）对76例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期内痔及混合痔患者治疗，术后发生迟发性大出血5例，占6．5％。现将护理体会报告如下。
1资料与方法
1．1一般资料 本组76例患者临床诊断均为Ⅲ、Ⅳ期痔疮患者，男45例，女31例。年龄20～74岁，平均年龄41．5岁。其中Ⅲ期患者49例，Ⅳ期27例。主要症状：肛门不适，便血，痔块突出。病程1～20年，平均8．1年。
