摘要
目的总结小儿尿道损伤的护理体会。方法回顾分析我院近10年收治的30例尿道损伤患儿的护理资料。结果30例患儿痊愈。一期治愈17例,二期治愈13例。结论应做好患儿及其家属的健康宣教,根据尿道损伤的不同程度、不同阶段对患儿进行护理。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of urethral injury in children. Methods Thirty nursing records of urethral injuries in our hospital during past 10 years were analysised. Results All patients were fully recovered in which 17 patients were healing in stage Ⅰ and 13 were healing in stage Ⅱ. Conclusions It is important to enhance the publicity and education for children with urethral injuries and their families. Besides, Varying degrees and different stages of urethral injuries require different nursing care.
