摘要
逆向工程技术是现代产品设计中较为先进的设计方法,该技术集合激光扫描、软件的点云处理与软件的建模等技术。与快速成型技术综合应用起来,形成了一个全新的设计模式,能大大的帮助工程师提高产品的设计水平,缩减开发周期、节约成本。本文主要介绍了逆向工程技术的工作原理与工作流程,对其在产品设计中综合应用UG NX与Imageware软件进行设计作了探讨,分析了该技术与快速成型综合应用的前景。
Reverse Engineering (RE) is a Comparatively more advanced design way in products design in modern limes. This technique combines laser scanning, polyworks and modeling of software. Comprehensive utilization of Rapid Prototyping forms a brand--new. design way and procedure, which can greatly help engineers to improve products design level and curtail developing periods and costs. This text mainly introduces the working principle and flew of RE. Discuss the comprehensive utilization of UG NX and lmageware in products design and analyze the prospect of synthetical use of this technique and the rapid prolotyping.
