摘要
根据一次性注射器筒体的生产数量和质量要求,对塑件外形结构进行分析,设计了模具的结构形式。采用了点式浇口的双分型面结构,为同类产品注塑模生产提供了参考。
According to the production and the demond of product qualityOf the cylinder of one--time syringe,the structure of the product is analyzed,and the injection mold is designed,point gate and two--plate mold system is designed ,it has references to design of similar injection mold.
