摘要
基因免疫（也称DNA免疫）开辟了新的基因免疫治疗途径，被喻为一次疫苗革命，将会给免疫接种领域带来一场根本性的变革。国外正广泛开展关于病毒、肿瘤及寄生虫感染的基因免疫实验研究和基因免疫的免疫学机理及安全性等方面的研究，本文就基因免疫的研究现状作一概述。
Gene immunity (DNA immunity) opened up a new way to cure disease, which is exploined as a vaccine revolution in the world, and will start an essential reformation for the field of immunity inoculation. These studies on aspects of gene immunity experiment of infection by virus, tumour and parasite, the mechanism of gene immunity and its safety, are widely developed abroad. This paper summarized the present situation of research on geneimmunity.
