细菌性脑膜炎患儿脑脊液和血清补体C3、C4的变化及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察中枢神经系统感染患儿脑脊液(CSF)和血清补体C3、C4水平变化。方法采用免疫透射比浊法检测26例细菌性脑膜炎及24例病毒性脑炎患儿急性期CSF和血清中补体C3、C4水平,并选取上呼吸道感染患儿25例为对照组,同时检测对照组CSF及血清补体C3、C4水平,对3组进行对照分析。结果细菌性脑膜炎组CSF和血清补体C3、C4水平明显高于病毒性脑炎组和对照组(F=93.103,46.876,22.602,80.645,Pa<0.01),病毒性脑炎组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(Pa>0.05)。结论测定CSF和血清补体C3、C4水平有助于早期诊断及鉴别诊断中枢神经系统感染。 Objective To observe the levels of complements C3 ,CA in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and serum in children with central nervous system infection, and to explore its clinical value. Methods The levels of eomplement C3, CA in CSF and serum were detected by using immunoturbidimeter method in 26 children with purulent memingitis (PM) and 24 ehildren with viral encephalitis (VE) in acute phase, and 25 control children with upper respiratory tract infection. And the levels C3, C4 of three groups were compared. Results The levels of complement C3 .C4 in CSF and serum in children with PM were obviously higher than those of VE and control group ( F = 93. 103,46. 876,22. 602,80. 645, Pa 〈 0. 01 ), and three was no marked difference between the group of VE and control group ( Pa 〉 0. 05 ). 2. In the group of PM, CSF cmplement C3, C4 concentrations didn' t correlate with their serum concentrations respectively ( Pa 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Determine CSF and serum complements C3, C4 is meaningful in early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the central nervous system infection.
