悬雍垂改良腭咽成术治疗睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征临床探讨

目的探讨改良悬雍垂腭咽成形术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的疗效及安全性。方法选择2006年10月至2008年3月我院耳鼻咽喉科经PSG确诊的79例OSAHS患者,随机分为改良UPPP组41例和传统UPPP组38例。比较2组临床疗效和并发症。结果传统组和改良组术后6个月和术后1年疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。2组术后6个月和术后1年并发症发生率比较,改良组并发症发生率明显低于传统组。差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论改良的UPPP能取得和传统的UPPP治疗相同的疗效,同时能相对减少各种并发症的发生。

Conclusion Improvement UPPP can obtain with traditional UPPP treats the same curative effect, simultaneously can reduce each kind of complication relatively the occurrence.
