基层开展小切口胆囊切除术83例临床分析

目的探讨小切口胆囊切除术的手术方法,便于该术式在基层医院的开展应用。方法分析我院自2004年1月至2008年12月共收治具有胆囊切除术外科指征的患者83例,并对83例患者行小切口胆囊切除术,现将此术式的优、缺点进行临床分析。结果83例无胆道损伤,无术后继发出血,无并发症,术后恢复好,治疗效果显著。结论小切口胆囊切除术具有创伤小恢复快的优点,基层开展此项手术深为患者接受,值得推广。
