参松养心胶囊结合西药治疗窦性心动过缓

Shensong Yangxin Capsule Combined with Western Medicine Therapy Sinus Bradycardia

目的评价中药参松养心胶囊与阿托品联用结合治疗窦性心动过缓患者的临床疗效。方法将156例50岁以上各种病因所致窦性心动过缓住院患者应用随机数字表法分为对照组和联用组。对照组口服阿托品,联用组在上述基础上加入中药参松养心胶囊,2组均口服西洛他唑胶囊。持续两周,2组的临床表现、体表心电图及24小时动态心电图变化。结果2组在临床症状,体表心电图,24小时动态心电图总心搏次数增加等项目上均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中药参松养心胶囊与阿托品联用结合治疗窦性心动过缓有良好的效果。

Objective To evaluate the Chinese Sen Song Yang Xin Capsule combination with atropine in conjunction with the treatment of patients with sinus bradycardia clinical efficacy. Methods 156 cases more than 50 years old was selected, all the patients were sinus bradycardia due to the application, and divided into control group and combined group randomly. Oral administrate atropine was control group, combine group based on the a- bove-mentioned combination with the Sen Song Yang Xin Capsule, 2 groups were eilostazol by mouth. Continued two-week, observation in clinical symptoms, ECG ,24-hour cardiac Holter monitoring the total increase in the number of 2 groups. Results The 2 groups in clinical symptoms, ECG,24-hour cardiac Halter monitoring the total increase in the number of such projects were significantly different （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Sen Song Yang Xin Capsule combination with atropine in conjunction with the treatment of sinus bradycardia with good results.
