Implementation of holistic nursing care based on current human resources

我科是心血管内科，通过更新观念、更新知识、提高护士素质，在现有人力资源状况下，大力推行整体护理。为此，首先向医护人员宣传整体护理的意义；其次是制定宗旨、哲理和做好相关的准备工作。与此同时，建立决策层，实行分层工作模式，对病人实施程序护理。实践告诉我们，我国护理模式的改革势在必行，但要推行整体护理必须明确其意义。今后要减少护士书写时间，让其有更多时间为病人服务。

The authors department is specialized in the cardiovascular diseases. They actively carry forward the holistic nursing care based on current human resources by means of renewing old minds and knowledge and improving personal quality. Firstly, they publicize the value of holistic nursing care among health professional. Secondly, they drew up its goal and philosophy and made related preparation well. Meanwhile, they set up the policymaking body, used the multilevel working model, and put a series of nursing procedures into practice for patients. Experiences show that the reform of nursing model is imperative but before implementing this policy its significance should be clarified. Nurses should reduce their time on writing and serve the patients more.
