摘要
目的分析整体护理干预措施在门诊儿科输液室的应用。方法选取2005年1月至2008年12月门诊接待的患儿7945例,了解不同年龄段儿童的心理状态,采取相应的护理措施,如用良好表达能力(语言、姿势、表情等)获得患儿配合。结果绝大多数患儿及家属都能配合就诊治疗,效果满意。结论护理人员的高尚品质和良好表达能力是获得患儿配合的重要因素。开展整体护理,患儿及家属满意,提高了护理服务质量,促进了医院的社会效益及经济效益。
Objective To evaluate the role of holistic nursing for patient injection in outpatient pediatric clinic. Methods Holistic nursing was conducted in 7945 pediatric patients from Jan,2005 to 12,2008, holistic nursing included application of different nursing interventionaccording to psychological status, good language skills. Results Almost all the patients corporated treatment, the results were satisfactory. Conclusion Holistic nursing is effective in the improvement of nursing quality and social and economic benefits of hospital.
