西洛他唑治疗糖尿病膀胱病的疗效观察

Effect observation of cilostazol on treatment of diabetic cystopathy

目的观察西洛他唑治疗糖尿病膀胱病的临床疗效和安全性。方法将52例糖尿病膀胱病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每天两组均谷维素10 mg、维生素B1 10 mg口服,3次/d等治疗。治疗组在此基础上每天口服西洛他唑100 mg,共4周。结果①治疗组的显效率为57.7%,显著高于对照组的19.2%(χ2=8.13,P<0.005);治疗组的总有效率为84.6%,也显著优于对照组的57.7%(χ2=4.59,P<0.05);②治疗组的残余尿量治疗后均较治疗前明显减少(P<0.01),且与对照组比较也有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组未见明显不良反应。结论:联合西洛他唑治疗糖尿病膀胱病安全、有效。

Objective To observe the effect of cilostazol on treatment in diabetic cystopathy （DCP） and its safety. Methods 52 cases of DCP were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 26 ） and control group （n = 26）. All patients were given orally Oryzanol and Vit. B1 10 mg/d respectively for four weeks. In addition,the treatment group received orally eilostazol 100 mg/d for four weeks. Results ①The improving rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （57.7 % vs 19.2% , P 〈0.005）. The total effectiveness rate of treatment group was significandy higher than that of control group （84.6% vs 57.7%, P 〈0.05）. ②Signifieant decreases were observed in residual urine volume（RUV） in treatment group after treatment （P〈0.01）. There was significant diference between the two groups（P〈0.01） , and few side effects occured. Conclusion Cilostazolis effective and safe in treatment of DCP.
