核素^(32)P敷贴治疗草莓状毛细血管瘤的疗效观察

目的观察32P敷贴治疗草莓状毛细血管瘤的疗效,并对之进行分析和讨论。方法回顾分析1020例草莓状毛细血管瘤患者的相关资料,根据其年龄分为3组,比较不同年龄组患者的疗效差异,讨论疗效与付作用差异与剂量的关系。结果1020病例中第一组首程治愈率为70.1%;第二组首程治愈率为83.%;第三组首程治愈为94.1%。草莓状血管瘤32P敷贴的患者中未发现无效或复发者。结论放射性核素32P敷贴外照射治疗草莓状毛细血管瘤是一种安全、简便、治愈率高、复发率低、痛苦少的方法,其临床应用前景有望进一步扩大。

Objective To observe and discuss the curative effect of dressing with radionuclide^32p which used to cure strawberry hemangioma, nethodes To divide 1020 patients with strawberry hemangioma into three groups according to their ages and compare the difference of curative effect of dressing ^32p in every group, and next to discuss relations between dosage and curative effect as side effect. Results The ratio of cure in the three groups seperately is 70.1% ,83.0% ,94.1% which is in direct ratio with the dosage. Dressing v has an effect on every patients with strawberry hemangioma . There are no patients relapse can be found. Con- clusion Dressing with radionuclide^32p is a safe therapy with facility and a high ratio of cure to strawberry hemangioma. The using of dressing with radionuclide^32p can be extended in clinic.
