目的评价阿莫西林/舒巴坦钠与左氧氟沙星治疗呼吸道细菌性感染的经济学效果。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对阿莫西林/舒巴坦钠与左氧氟沙星治疗呼吸道感染进行成本-效果分析。结果阿莫西林/舒巴坦钠与左氧氟沙星治疗成本-效果比分别为23.74和28.58。结论阿莫西林/舒巴坦钠治疗呼吸道感染的成本-效果较好。

Objective To evaluate the cost-effectiveness analysis of amoxicillin/sulbactam and levo- floxacin in the treatment of bacterial for respiratory tract infections. Methods The cost-effectiveness analysist on amoxicillin/sulbactam and levofloxaein in treating respiratory tract was performed by retrospective review. Re. stilt The cost-effectiveness ratios of amoxicillin/sulbactam and levofloxacin were 23.74 and 28.58. Conelution Amoxicillin/sulbactam is of better cost-effectiveness.
