LEEP治疗CIN伴高危型HPV感染的效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨高频电波刀环形电圈切除术(LEEP)治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样变(CIN)伴高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染的临床疗效。方法将172例HR-HPVNDA阳性合并不同程度CIN的患者进行LEEP治疗,术后6月通过第二代杂交捕获法(HC-2)定量检测其宫颈HR-HPVDNA的负荷量,同时行阴道镜检查及宫颈活检。结果不同级别CIN的术前HR-HPV负荷量差异无显著性,术后HR-HPV转阴率为92.4%,低HR-HPV负荷组与高HR-HPV负荷组两组之间CIN的转归存在显著差异。结论LEEP治疗CIN疗效确切,同时可以显著降低HR-HPV的病毒负荷量;HR-HPV检测不仅可以评价CIN的治疗效果,还可以作为CIN治疗后随访的有效手段。
