南极假丝酵母诱变研究

摘要 本研究南极假丝酵母的菌种选育,考察紫外、甲基磺酸乙酯的诱变效果,以及复合诱变的效果,发现紫外和甲基磺酸乙酯相结合的诱变效果最好。实验筛选得到一株高产菌株UECan-1。 In this research work, various ways of mutagensis treatment, such as UV, EMS, were carried out to study the effectiveness of increasing the productivity of lipase producing strain Candida Antarctica DSM3855. Results showed that the UV radiation combined with EMS treatment was the most effective one. By this mean, mutant UECan-1 was obtained.
