摘要 目的探讨微循环短路血管开关控制机制,分析其与高血压病诊治的关系。方法设计并制造一个延式活瓣样结构,分析延式活瓣样结构的特点。查阅组织学资料,分析微循环短路血管入口处结构,与延式活瓣样结构进行对照。并根据微循环短路血管在心室舒张期不能有效开放是高血压病发病机制的观点,分析高血压病药物治疗中的一些现象。结果微循环短路血管入口处结构完全具备延式活瓣样结构的特点。结论微循环短路血管的开关是高血压病发生与否的重要结构,也是药物治疗的靶点之一。 Objective To discuss the microcirculation shunt vessel switch, and to analyse the diagnosis and the treatment of high blood pressure. Methods A "Yan" valve like structure was designed and produced,then to analyse the "Yan" valve like structure.Refering to the histological anatomy data,to analyse the structure of the entrance of microcirculation shunt vessel. According to the opinion that the microcirculation shunt vessel couldn't open effectively at the period of ventricular relaxation may lead to the high blood pressure,to analyse the phenomena that happened when the treatment of high blood pressure was perform. Results The microcirculation shunt vessel have a esPecially similar structure with the "Yan" valve like structure. Conclusion The microcirculation shunt vessel switch was not only a imPortant structure that determine whether the high blood pressure happens, but also a target of the treatment.
