摘要
教师的小专题研究是基于教师个体经验和个性特征的研究,它是以教师特定的课堂、特定的教材、特定的学生为对象进行的。当前的教师小专题研究存在着点状思维削弱推进力度;教师内驱力的乏力降低研究的温度;专业支持的缺位消减研究深度以及成果享用个体化弱化研究的效益等缺陷。因此应该从加强领导,降低重心,差异对待,形成制度,建立共享平台等方面加以改进。
Small monographic research, a research base on teacher's individual experience and personality characters is based on a specific class, materials and student. There are some defects of current small monographic study of teachers: spotted thinking undermines the advance power; the lacking of intrinsic motivation decrease the research passion; the lacking of professional support hurt the research .depth and the achievement shaved by individual undermine the benefit of research, in order to adjust these defects, we should strengthen lead, low the centre of gravity, treat differently, set up system and build shared platform.
