可培养土壤微生物的Statistica分析

摘要 本次研究土壤采样于张家口市赤城县水稻生产基地,以不同土地利用方式,来研究可培养土壤微生物多样性。最后用Statistica软件对微生物类群和矿质元素做相关性分析。研究结果表明:任何一种土地利用方式下,可培养土壤微生物多样性都较高。而相关性分析的结果显示,其中的某些菌类和个别矿质元素有一定关联度。
