根据目前高校人事管理的实际情况,在ASP.NET 2.0平台上,采用C#语言、ADO.NET数据库访问技术,设计并实现了一套人才招聘与人事管理的集成系统。阐述了该集成系统的重要性、基本功能和特点,重点分析实现的框架结构和采用集成结合的技术手段,从而提出了一种高校人事信息数据采集、筛选、管理的新模式。

According to the facts of personnel Management in universities at present, the author have designed and realized an integrated system of personnel recruitment and personnel management, based on ASP.NET 2.0, with C# words and ADO.NET accessing database technology. This paper expounds the importance, basic function and characteristic of the integrated system, especially analyzing its frame construction and technological means to put forward a new mode on how to gather, filter and manage the personnel information in universities.
