大剂量病毒唑治疗慢性丙型肝炎48例分析
摘要
１９９５～１９９７年，我院收治慢性丙型肝炎（慢丙肝）４８例；其中１０例曾接受６月余干扰素治疗无效。本文用大剂量病毒唑治疗，其降酶效果肯定，抗ＨＣＶＩｇＭ阴转率高，且对α干扰素存在抵抗的患者仍可收到一定疗效。现予报道。１临床资料１．１一般资料慢丙肝...
