手部葡萄状菌病1例

Report a case of botryomycosis of hand

报告１例手部葡萄状菌病。患者男性，５３岁，左手外伤愈后３月，伤部出现皮下结节，渐化脓，破溃，形成窦道，溢出脓液和粘液，术后复发加重。病理变化：炎性肉芽肿损害，中央为化脓灶，并可见嗜碱性颗粒物质，细菌培养为金黄色葡萄球菌。抗菌治疗有效。

A 53 years old worker suffered from boryomycosis of left hand is reported. The lesions show nodules and ulcers over the left back of hand for 3 months. It started after injury and get worse after operation. Histopathology of lesion showed there are inflammatory granuloma in the dermis and subcutaneous tissue with suppuration in the center, there are also some basophilic granules scattered in the granuloma. Cultures of tissue showed Staphylococcus aureus grows. The lesions were response to the antibiotic treatment.
