秦山核电厂将技术改造按阶段划分成项目立项阶段、设计和物项采购阶段、施工准备和施工阶段、验收和评价阶段进行管理控制。通过严格控制项目立项,制订技术改造一级网络计划并密切跟踪,定期汇报技改的进展,及时召开技术改造协调会等手段,优化了技术改造的过程。
In Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant, technical renovation project have four stages: establishment stage, design and procurement stage, preparation and construction stage, acceptance and assessment stage. The process of project is controlled effectively through strict control of project determination, making project network plan and closely tracking, reporting project process regularly, timely convening of project coordination meetings and other means.
