摘要
领导人才教育培训改革创新是时代发展的必然要求。中国浦东干部学院在实践中认识到,领导人才教育培训的改革创新包括培训理念、培训内容、培训方式和手段、培训体制机制等多个方面,是一个没有止境、不断发展的过程。领导人才教育培训改革创新需要处理好继承与创新、国内与国际、一般规律与自身特色等几个方面的关系。
The reform and innovation of executive leadership is a necessity in the new era.In practice, CELAP come to know that the reform and innovation of leadership education and training has to be conducted in many aspects such as the concept, the content, the mode and the means,the system and the mechanism, which is an everlasting and constantly-evolving process.The reform and in- novation of executive leadership-the need to handle some relationships, such as the relationship between the inheritance and innovation, the relationship between home and abroad, the relationship between the general rules and the academy 'sfeatures.
