The reform and innovation of executive leadership is a necessity in the new era.In practice, CELAP come to know that the reform and innovation of leadership education and training has to be conducted in many aspects such as the concept, the content, the mode and the means,the system and the mechanism, which is an everlasting and constantly-evolving process.The reform and in- novation of executive leadership-the need to handle some relationships, such as the relationship between the inheritance and innovation, the relationship between home and abroad, the relationship between the general rules and the academy ＇sfeatures.
