摘要
新加坡公共服务的使命是与民选政府共塑新加坡的未来,维护新加坡的独立、主权、安全与繁荣,捍卫公平与平等。公共服务署的使命是建立一流的公共服务,以确保一个成功和充满活力的新加坡。新加坡公共服务学院是公共服务署下的法定机构,其任务是培训和发展公务员。新加坡的人才管理架构是吸引,确认、招聘、聘任,绩效管理,调派或免职。新加坡公共服务领域面临一些新挑战,诸如人才的竞争,在一个更加复杂的环境中治理,更加多元化的劳动力队伍,公民与客户的要求越来越高等。
The mission of the civil service of Singapore is work with elected government to shape Singapore's future;safeguard independence, sovereignty, security and prosperity, uphold justice and equality. Public Service Division (PSI)) is under the Prime Minister's Office. PSD's Mission is to build a first class Public Service for a successful and vibrant Singapore. Civil Service College is a statutory board under PSD. Its mission is train & develop civil servants. Singapore talent management framework is that attract, identify, recruit & appoint, performance management,deploy develop Or deploy release. Competition for talent, governing in a more complex environment, more diverse workforce, more demanding citizens and customers are the key challenges of the Singapore civil service.
