探索教学—思政一体化的医学生毕业实习管理新模式

Exploration of new medical graduate training management model of teaching-ideological political work integration

加强医学生毕业实习的管理,确保毕业实习质量和提高毕业生综合素质,让学生有效而又平稳地渡过这一关键时期,是医学高职高专教育工作者最关注的新课题之一。文章结合浙江医学高等专科学校毕业实习管理的实践经验,提倡实习单位、学校双重管理,学生组织自我管理及校外导师指导与协助管理,各系责任到人、落实到位的分层管理,实行教学育人、管理育人、服务育人的全程管理的教学与思想政治工作的一体化管理新模式。

It is a new task for a medical college to strengthen the management of graduate training of medical students, ensure the quality of graduate training and improvement of the overall quality of graduates, and enable students to go through this key period effectively and smoothly. In this paper the authors advocate the combination of the practice unit and school management, student organization self-management and adviser assistance and also advocate that each department should implement duty to person,integrate teaching,management and service so as to form the new management model of teaching and ideological political work.
