摘要
目的:探讨医学教育中"尊重"教育的形式和可行性。方法:组织医学生进行医学誓言宣誓活动和向教学尸体行鞠躬礼等活动,讨论医学生应具备的职业道德和"尊重"意识。结果:通过医学实验宣誓、鞠躬仪式等"尊重"教育活动,学生均感到提高了对医学职业神圣使命的认同和"尊重"意识。结论:医学院校利用特殊案例对医学生进行"尊重"教育,能够提高学生的"尊重"意识和职业认同感。
Objective: To study the pattern and feasibility of"respect education"in medical education. Methods: Medical students were organized to take the medical oath and bow to the cadavers used for teaching. The vocational ethics and consciousness of"respect", which medical students should have, were discussed. Results: All the students were impacted during the oath taking and stimulated in their recognition of the sacred missions in medical work; the ceremony of bowing to cadavers promoted the students' consciousness of respect. Conclusion:The use of special cases for"respect education"in medical colleges can promote the students' consciousness of respect as well as their recognition of the medical mission, which is of realistic and historic significance in stimulating the students' sense of humanity, improving doctor-patient relationship and constructing a harmonious society.
