Lu Xun,in his prefaces and postscripts expressed many brilliant ideas on translation theory which are both penetrating and extensive though he did not make any systematic or logic analysis. We can understand Lu＇s translation theory as a more complete whole and approach his true translation thinking when we combine these with his monographs on translation.
