摘要
针对相交圆弧修形滚针、对数轮廓滚针及不同凸度量的对数凸型滚针,进行了摆动工况条件下滚针轴承的疲劳寿命试验研究。试验结果表明,对数轮廓滚针的润滑状态和承载能力明显好于相交圆弧修形滚针;凸度量不足会导致边缘效应,但凸度量过大同样会降低承载能力,即某确定工况下凸度量存在最优值;对于凸度量相同的一组滚针,高速轻载工况下的承载能力明显好于低速重载工况,这与高速轻载工况下的润滑状态较好有关。
The fatigue life tests of needle roller bearing under oscillation working condition were carried out based on intersecting arc trimming needle roller,logarithm profile needle roller and logarithm convex needle roller with different convex values.The tests results show that the lubricating status and carrying capacity of logarithm profile needle roller are better than the ones of intersecting arc trimming needle roller,the deficiency of convex value can lead to edge effect,but excessive convex value can also reduce carrying capacity,i.e.there is a optimum value for convex value'for a set of needle rollers with same convex value,the carrying capacity under high speed and light load condition is better than the one under low speed and heavy load condition,and the good lubricating status under high speed and light load condition is the main reason.
