摘要
针对一辆搭载BWH型发动机的一汽大众速腾2.0L轿车,只要停放2天左右就会出现蓄电池严重亏电、导致发动机不能起动的故障现象,分析了速腾轿车的全车电路布置,发现故障是由于行李舱灯控制电路的二极管装错引起的。重新更换二极管并将正、负极对调后,故障排除。论述了诊断过程。
To solve the fault of a Sagitar 2.0 L car powered by BWH engine in which serious lack of battery power occurs once it is parked for only two days and results in failure of the engine to start,the general circuit layout of the car is analyzed.h is founded that the defect is caused by misfit of diode of the trunk lamp which controls the circuit.The trouble is eliminated after the dioxide is replaced and exchanging the anode with the cathode.The troubleshooting process is also discussed in the paper.
