摘要 为满足水文部门对河流流速流量测量多种的要求,在旋浆式流速仪基础上,设计了以P98V51为核心的高性能低功耗智能流速流量仪系统,介绍了该仪表的原理和软硬件设计方法并设计了上位机系统。应用表明,该流速流量仪实现了提高测量精度,降低仪表功耗,提高测量数据时效性,无纸记录,差水质条件下测量的要求。符合国家河流流量测验规范要求。 In order to meet the requirements of measuring speed and current capacity in the field of hydrology, based on the propeller, a meter system with the core of P98V51 which has the high performance and low power consumption is designed. In this paper , the principle of the instrment and the designing method of software and hardware are introduced. Its application indicates that this instrument can improve precision and the effectiveness of data, reduce the consumption of power, can be recorded in a paperless manner. Besides, it can be used in bad--quality water. This instrument meets the national standard for measuring speed and current capacity.
