糖尿病对大肠癌患者术后胃肠功能的影响

Influence of Diabetes on the Postoperative Gastrointestinal Function of Patients with Colorectal Carcinoma

为观察糖尿病合并大肠癌术后胃肠功能恢复情况，我们对40例糖尿病合并大肠癌患者（治疗组）术后胃肠功能恢复状况进行观察，并与同期40例无糖尿病的大肠癌患者（对照组）进行对照。结果显示，两组患者术后肠呜音恢复、肛门排气时间、拔胃管时间、食欲状况及腹胀发生率等差异有统计学意义。结果表明，糖尿病合并大肠癌术后胃肠功能恢复时间较非糖尿病者长，而术后早期采取功能锻炼、控制血糖、改善营养、中西医结合疗法等措施可改善术后消化道功能恢复延迟状况。

The postoperative gastrointestinal function in 40 patients, who had diabetes and had undergone surgical treatment of colorectal carcinoma,was observed（the study group） ;and the results were compared with that in another 40 patients who had no diabetes and had undergone surgical treatment of colorectal carcinoma（the control group）. As results,the following aspects of bowel sound recovery,time of exsufflation through anus,time of stomach tube removal, appetite and occurrence rate of abdominal distension in the two groups had statistical significance. It is concluded that the recovery time of gastrointestinal function in patients who have diabetes and have undergone surgical treatment of colorectal carcinoma is prolonged, early postoperative functional exercises, blood sugar control, nutrition improvement and combined therapy of Chinese-western medicines can help improve postoperative gastrointestinal function.
