带金属嵌件的蜗杆注射模具设计

DESIGN OF INJECTION MOULD OF WORM WITH METAL INSERT

通过对带金属嵌件的塑料蜗杆的工艺分析,介绍嵌件注射模具的结构和设计要点,给出了一种有效的金属嵌件固定方式,同时所设计的中央导轨解决了细长滑块的平稳运动,实现了塑料制件的顺利顶出和生产。该模具在实际应用过程中动作平稳可靠,所成型的塑料制件的质量符合设计要求。

By analyzing the technology of plastic worm with metal insert, the structure and design point of the injection mould with insert were introduced and the effectual fixation way of metal insert was proposed, the problem of stable movement of slim slide rod was solved by designing the central guide way at the same time, so the favoring ejection and producing of plastic parts were realized. The movement of the mould was stable and credible in practical application, and the quality of molding plastic parts was accorded with the requirement of design.
