20例冠心病患者SPECT心血池显像与X线左心室造影的比较

The comparision of SPECT ventriculogram with X-ray left ventriculogram in 20 patients with coronary heart disease.

目的：比较２０例冠心病患者行ＳＰＥＣＴ心血池显像与Ｘ线左心室造影测定左心室功能的价值。方法：采用９９ｍＴｃＳＰＥＣＴ心血池显像和Ｘ线左心室造影的方法分别测定２０例冠心病患者的左心室射血分数（ＬＶＥＦ）和左心室壁运动记分（ＬＶＷＭＳ），两种方法测定均在同一周内进行。结果：采用ＳＰＥＣＴ心血池显像法测得的ＬＶＥＦ和ＬＶＷＭＳ分别较Ｘ线左心室造影法测得数据平均低０．１０和１．７，但两种方法测定的ＬＶＥＦ和ＬＶＷＭＳ均有良好的相关性，ｒ值分别为０．７４和０．７８（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

Objective:To compare the value of SPECT ventriculogram and X-ray left ventriculogram in assessing left ventricular function in 20 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:Both LVEF and LVWMS assessed by 99mTc SPECT ventriculogram were compared to those assessed by Xray left ventriculogram in 20 patients with CHD.Two assessment methods were performed in the same week.Results:The mean LVEF and LVWMS assessed by 99mTc SPECT ventriculogram were 0.10 and 17 lower than those assessed by Xray left ventriculograms respectively.However good correlation was found in both LVEF and LVWMS assessed by two different assessment methods(the r values were 074 and 078 respectively,P<001).Conclusion:99mTc SPECT ventriculogram and Xray left ventriculogram are comparable in assessing left ventricular function in patients with CHD.
