Poincare图在冠心病中的应用(附22例报告)

Application of Poincare Map in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease(A report of 22 cases).

选择冠心病人22例，正常人22例，测试短程心率变异，分析Poincare图形态和不同百分数下平均R－R间期差值及其变异系数（Percentiles）。结果：1．冠心病组Poincare图以鱼雷状、短棒状多见；正常组以慧星状为主，两组有显著差异。2．冠心病组Percentiles数值明显低于正常组，两组有显著或非常显著性差异。提示：冠心病与正常人之间的Poincare图形态以及Percentiles数值存在差异，它表明冠心病患者存在迷走神经活动受损害。

The shapes of Poincare map, standard deviation of the mean value of R-R period and Percentiles of heart rate variability were measured in 22 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and 22 normal subjects. The results showed that (1) Poincare map of CHD group showed frequently the shapes of torpedo and short stick, the map of normal group showed frequently the shapes of comet; (2) the levels of Percentiles in CHD group were much lower than that in normal group and significant difference was found between them. The results suggested the activity of vagus nerve was damaged in patients with coronary heart disease.
