摘要 研究了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢预处理、各种添加剂和温度对不锈钢着色的影响;分析不同配方的着色过程和封闭过程,比较着色后不锈钢的性能,得出最佳的着色液和封闭液配方。结果表明,经过稀硫酸活化和电抛光的不锈钢着色均匀,色泽艳丽。在此基础上探讨了最为可行的着色工艺,从而为生产应用提供了重要的依据。 The influences of pretreatment, additives and temperature on the coloring of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel were studied. Different additives and higher temperature could increase the coloring rate. The best prescript of coloring liquid and sealing liquid can be obtained by analyzing the coloring process and sealing process of different prescript, comparing the colored stainless steel property, the result indicates that the samples activated in dilute sulphuric acid and polished by electrolysis have a unii'orrn and bright color, base on the experiments a most feasible approach of coloration on austenite stainless steel was explored, providing the important foundation for production process.
