摘要
以蒙脱石为原料,粉煤灰为激发剂,添加一定量的粘结剂混合造粒制成复合颗粒吸附剂,用于处理含Cu2+废水。研究了蒙脱石/粉煤灰混合比例、焙烧温度、添加剂用量等因素对复合颗粒强度和吸附性能的影响。结果表明,制备复合颗粒较佳的工艺条件为:蒙脱石与粉煤灰的混合比为7∶3,焙烧温度450℃,添加剂比例为10%(蒙脱石/粉煤灰混合物质量),粒径1—2 mm,焙烧时间0.5 h。制成的颗粒吸附剂不仅吸附效果好,而且其散失率较低。
Granulated composite materials were prepared by using the mixture of montmorillonite, fly ash and certain amount of cementing agent. The granulated composite absorbent was used to treat the wastewater containing Cu^2 + . The mixture ratio of montmorillonite/fly ash, the temperature of calcinations and the amount of cementing agent were investigated. The experimental study results show that the optimum technological conditions of preparing the composite granules are as follows: the mixture ratio of montmorillonite and fly ash is 7:3; the calcinations temperature is 450 ℃ ; the time of calcinations is 0.5 h; the proportion of sodium silicate is 10% ; the diameter of the granular was 1--2 mm. The granulated composite absorbent prepared under the above conditions exhibited not only high adsorptive performance hut also low ratio of disintegration loss.
