摘要
采用单因子设计,研究水温、光照和pH对阿根廷蜈蚣草顶枝净产氧量和毛产氧量的影响。结果显示:(1)水温10~35℃时,水温与阿根廷蜈蚣草净产氧量和毛产氧量的值均呈曲线形相关,阿根廷蜈蚣草的适宜生长温度为20~30℃;(2)在(0.03~6.04)×104lx的照度范围内,光照强度与净产氧量和毛产氧量均呈曲线型相关,当照度为4.82×104lx时,阿根廷蜈蚣草的产氧能力最强;(3)pH为5~11时,阿根廷蜈蚣草顶枝的净产氧量、毛产氧量与pH均呈线性负相关,表明阿根廷蜈蚣草生长喜欢中性偏酸的环境。
The single-factor design was adopted to investigate the effects of water temperature, light intensity and pH on net and gross oxygen production of telomes of Egeria densa. The results showed that : ( 1 ) Net and gross oxygen production showed a relationship of convex curve with temperature in the range of 10℃ - 35℃ and indicated the preferential temperature for Egeria densa growth are between 20℃ to 30℃ ; (2) Net and gross oxygen production showed a convex curvilinear correlation with light intensity in the range of 0.03×10^4 lx -6.04 ×10^4 lx and the highest production appeared on 4.82×10^4 lx ; (3) When pH was in the range of 5 - 11, net and gross oxygen production of Egeria densa was in a negative linear correlation with pH, suggesting that the plant is slightly acidophilous.
