This paper defines the connotation of privacy and the right of privacy in the legal sense, synthesizes and gives a review on the mainstream research opinions about the library readers＇ fight of privacy protection in our country based on the analysis of the law rescue principles for the readers＇ right of privacy at home and abroad. 15 refs.
