从当前高校图书馆年度考评制度入手,采用博弈分析的方法,对高校图书馆年度考评中几种可能的博弈作了一一分析,旨在找出高校图书馆现存考评制度存在的缺陷,重新设计出更为科学的考评制度框架,使主观人为因素对考评的负面影响降到最低。参考文献8。

Starting from the annual evaluation system in academic libraries and by the means of analytical game, this paper makes an analysis of the possible games of the annual evaluation one by one to find out the existing defects in current evaluation system in academic libraries and redesigns more scientific evaluation system frame in order to make the negative influence of subjective and artificial factors on evaluation system to the minimum. 8 refs.
