三元材料在锂离子动力电池上的应用 被引量:21

Investigations of LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2 cathode material for power lithium-ion batteries

摘要 锂离子电池被认为是电动汽车EV以及混合动力电动车HEV的主要发展方向之一。选用了LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2材料制成了12Ah能量型及8Ah功率型动力电池,并对电池的电性能和安全性能进行了相关测试。结果表明由LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2正极材料制备的大容量动力电池比能量高,在循环性能、倍率放电性能、低温放电性能、荷电保持能力以及安全性能方面均表现优异,能够满足EV及HEV动力电源的要求。 Lithium ion battery exhibits widely using in large-scale applications, such as HEV (Hybrid Electric Vehicle) and EV (Electric Vehicle). Among these materials, LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 is an attractive candidate by virtue of its low cost and high theoretical discharge capacity. Two types of power lithium ion batteries with LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 cathode material have been prepared. The results show that electric performance (cycle ability, rate ability, discharge ability at low temperature, charge retention ability) and safety performance of LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 cathode material batteries are excellent. The cathode material LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 can meet the requirements of HEV and EV.
