摘要
设计了一种包括太阳电池、再生燃料电池和氢镍电池的复合能源管理监控系统。考虑了在各种状况下,实现在太阳电池发电、再生燃料电池和氢镍电池充放电、负载电动机驱动等之间的能量合理流动。设计并制作出能控制电流的流向和大小的硬件电路,通过AD和DA转换及数据采集的接口卡实现与上位机相连。在上位机上,开发了基于VB的控制软件,它可以根据实际工作状况,制定出能量转换的最佳策略,实现在不同工作模式之间的自由切换和友好的人机交互。通过实际系统实验,达到了预期效果。
It is to design a kind of hybrid energy management and monitor system including solar panel, regenerative fuel cell and Ni-H battery in this paper. Under some certain situations, the rational flow of energy was realized among power generation (solar panel), charge and discharge (renewable fuel cell and Ni-H battery), and a motor load. A circuit board is designed and manufactured that can control the direction and quantity of the current, and it is linked to the upper computer through an interface card which be capable of AD&DA conversion and data collection. In the upper computer, the control software based on the Visual Basic manages the optimum strategy of energy conversion under the working conditions, and realizes the harmonious human-computer interaction which be capable of retractile switch among the different working patterns. By testing the system under some working conditions, the desired results are achieved.
