摘要
从铸造速度、铸造温度、冷却水量、合金成分以及铸造液位高度几个方面着手,系统研究了铸造工艺参数对电磁半连续铸造7050铝合金板坯质量的影响,并深入分析了影响机理,摸索出了行之有效的铸造工艺参数。最佳工艺参数为:铸造速度85 mm/min,铸造温度710℃,冷却水流量3 m3/h,输入电流2 500 A,频率1 700 Hz,金属液面高度控制在石墨结晶器高度的1/2处。采用该工艺参数,成功铸造出尺寸为420 mm×130 mm×1 000 mm的7050铝合金板坯。
The systematical study was carried out to investigate the effect of casting speed, casting temperature, cooling water, alloy composition and the height of liquid level on the quality of 7050 aluminum alloy slab by electromagnetic semi-continuous casting, and the influencing mechanism was also analyzed deeply. At last, the optimal casting process parameters were obtained, casting speed 85 mm/min, pouring temperature 710 ℃, flow rate of cooling water 3 m^3/h, input current 2 500 A, frequency 1700 Hz, and the liquid surface retaining at the half height of the graphite crystallizer. A slab with the size of 420 mm×130 mm×1 000 mm has been successfully cast with the above parameters.
