Effect of Compound Field on Solidification Behavior of A356 Alloy

摘要 研究了复合场(功率超声场和旋转电磁场复合)对A356合金凝固行为的影响。施加复合场以后,凝固组织得到明显细化,初生铝平均晶粒度由数毫米细化到50μm。观察凝固过程的冷却曲线,合金的结晶温度由614℃上升到618℃,凝固时间延长了134 s。还对复合场作用下A356合金凝固行为影响机理进行了探讨。 The study was carried out to investigate the effect of compound field which is a combination of electromagnetic field and power ultrasonic field on solidification process of A356 alloy. Results show that the microstructures are refined under compound field, and the average grain size of primary aluminum reduces from several millimeters to 50 μm. The cooling curve indicates that the crystallization temperature increases from 614 ℃ to 618℃, and the compound field also prolongs the solidification time by 134 s. The influencing mechanism of the compound field is discussed.
