摘要
采用真空电弧炉熔炼制备了Ho_2Fe_(17-x)Al_x(x=4.0、5.0、5.5、5.8、5.9、6.0、6.1、6.2)系列合金,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析仪(TG)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)分析了其晶体结构、居里温度以及磁性能。结果表明,合金表现为软磁性,随着Al含量的增加,饱和磁化强度Ms大幅度降低,居里点Tc下降,通过成分微调可使其居里温度降至室温附近。
Ho2Fe17-xAlx(x=4. 0,5. 0,5. 5,5. 8,5. 9,6. 0,6. 1,6.2)alloys were prepared by arc-melting. Curie temperature(To) and spontaneous magnetisation(Ms) of these alloys were studied by means of thermogravimetry and vibrating sample magnetometer. The results show that the Te and Ms of alloys decrease with increasing Al content and the Te of alloys can be shifted to room temperature around by a small adjustment of composition.
