摘要
把具有良好抗凝血性能的卵磷脂-肝素(PC-hep)复合物插层进入蒙脱土(MMT)中,制备出一系列新型的PC-hep/MMT纳米中间体。通过XRD对纳米中间体的结构和性能进行了表征;在此基础上,用复钙化时间曲线和溶血试验表征了纳米中间体的血液相容性,可以看出当随着材料的浓度增加,复钙时间曲线由陡峭趋于平滑;同时材料的溶血率都低于5%说明材料有很好的血液相容性,因此可以作为生物材料用于医用领域。
In the paper,a novel compound of phosphatidylcholine-heparin (PC-hep)with favorable anticoagulant was intercalated in montmorillonite (MMT). The structure and properties of the compound were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD). The blood compatibility of the composites were evaluated by curve of recalcification time and hemolysis test. The resurts show that reealcification time by the steep curve tends to smooth with the increase in the concentration of material. It was observed that hemolysis was less than 5% in all the cases,which comes well within permissible limit. Hence, it may be conclude that the synthesized PC- hep/MMT nanocomposites may be suitable as biomaterials in the field of medical.
